Hi, I'm Harpreet.

I work with founders and executives who are high-performing on the outside—but privately living with mental noise, internal pressure, and a nervous system that treats decisions like threats.

I carried that same pressure for years—leading teams, running facilities, and making high-stakes decisions in healthcare every day. I watched what happens when driven people hold too much for too long. Then I became a founder, built a business while working full-time, and hit the same wall my clients hit: the one where no amount of strategy or discipline can fix what's running underneath.
