How fast do people see change?

Many clients notice meaningful shifts quickly (often within 1–3 sessions), then we lock it in with a 21-day reinforcement sprint and follow-up calibration.

Do you work with people outside of Kelowna?

Yes. Sessions are remote and available worldwide.

What if I'm not sure which program is right?

That's what the discovery call is for. We'll identify the pattern, clarify your goals, and choose the level of support that matches the stakes.

Do you accept insurance?

At the moment, insurance acceptance can vary by provider and plan. If you're hoping to claim, bring your insurer's requirements to the discovery call and we'll clarify what's possible.

MindBody Solutions Therapy (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a private practice offering Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) services for founders, executives, and high-performing professionals. We are based in Kelowna, BC, Canada and deliver sessions remotely worldwide.

Assessment responses: Your answers and results from the Quiet Authority Self-Assessment, if you choose to submit them.
Intake and session information: Health history, goals, emergency contacts, and session notes collected during onboarding and service delivery.
Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
